Villa Lilac I is a stunning water-front villa located in the beautiful bay of Paleros with its miles of golden sand and located directly on the Pogonia beach. With the ability to anchor a boat outside villa allows guests to explore easily the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Arkoudi, Kastos, Astakos and Scorpios.

This is a contemporary style property with chic and comfortable interiors set out over three levels. The property is decorated throughout using a combination of natural stone and wood giving an elegant and natural feel. It is ideal for summer living with extraordinarily large outdoor entertaining areas. Villa Lilac I is one of a group of four villas but each villa is entirely private and cannot be overlooked with Lilac I being the front villa right on the beach.

On the ground floor level is an open plan space with living area that has inbuilt sofas and a very smart kitchen which is well equipped. On the lowest floor are two further guest bedrooms at garden level: One bedrooms has two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower, the other has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is an additional smaller bedroom suitable for staff or a child which has a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower (please note that this bedrooms has an internal window). All furnishings are of the highest quality and the style is pleasingly minimal giving a chic and fresh feel throughout. Villa Lilac I has many features to recommend it, but one of the exceptional features, aside from its location, is the amount of outdoor living and dining space that has been created. From the living room, doors running the length of the space lead out onto a large covered veranda with teak decking which has a large dining table. The stunning infinity swimming pool has uninterrupted views over the bay and there are plenty of comfortable teak loungers around the pool. In the evenings, the sunset over the sea is stunning and at night guests can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings from the poolside.
