This exquisite beach resort comprises a magnificent main villa and an opulent independent apartment suitable to accommodate up to 7 individuals. The main villa comprises of two floors. The ground floor features a single-space room that combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends onto a veranda, which features a private swimming pool with an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and one double bedroom, with a balcony offering garden views.

On the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom features a double bed, a veranda, and breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the beach of Almyros. The second bedroom features a single bed and a veranda. This room is perfect for parents who want to keep their child close by.

Our complementary independent apartment offers guests a private space to unwind. The apartment features one ensuite double bedroom, a working desk area, and one more living room. Further to the above, a dedicated fitness area exists in a separate space for guests who like to keep fit while on vacation.

Outside, the villa features a swimming pool with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos. There is also an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture, and a dining area. The stone path of the villa leads directly to the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden in harmony with the natural environment, filled with stunning flowers and trees. The villa also offers two parking spots for guests.
