Villa Thea

Located in the Germanika neighborhood in Parikia, this luxurious villa Thea has an unobstructed view of the sea.

The villa consists of the Main House, an attached apartment and 4 guests rooms, as following:

At the Main House, at the first floor has an entrance area. When you turn to the left there is the living room with two extra length couches and an armchair for extreme comfort. There is an 72” Smart TV as well as three movable middle tables. The dining room, located to the right of the living room, leads to a large balcony with a view of the sea. In the dining room, there is a rounded dining table with six linen covered chairs. On the same floor, there is a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. As well as a bar with bamboo detailing on the ceiling and counter. Attached to the kitchen, there is a large nook with a table, chairs, and a cushioned bench, as well as a powder room. At the top of the stairs, at the second floor, you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with two attached single beds, and one with a queen bed. The bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the pool and sea. Outside of the bedrooms, there is a modern bathroom with a tub. At the top of the second set of stairs, you will find the master bedroom which features a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a shower. In the master bedroom, you can access the rooftop area which has a two-person sunbed and a corner bench, making it the perfect place to catch the beautiful Parian sunset.

Attached to the main house, with both an internal and external entrance, there is an attached apartment with one bedroom and a large living room. There is an L-shaped couch and two single beds that can be attached together to form a bed which can accommodate two more people making it perfect for a family of four. Also it has a full kitchen with full appliances.

Located on the sides of the villa, there are two guest rooms facing north and two facing east.  All guest rooms are inspired by Paros’ cycladic architecture with modern, sleek lines and minimalist elements. Each room has a Nespresso machine, a set of plates, cups, glasses, and utensils, a Smeg fridge and kettle, pool towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, and heated towel rack. The rooms are equipped with reading lights, Wifi, USB power outlets, and air conditioning. Room number four sleeps a family of four with two rooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a sofa bed.

At the exterior, by the entrance of the villa, you will find a marble dining table with bench seating to accommodate up to eight people. A few steps down from the entrance, there is a large open space perfect for lounging in the sun and a cushioned seating area with a perfect view of the sunset. Beside the spacious 140-meter-deep infinity pool, there is a jacuzzi, shallow pool, and fountain, which are spectacularly lit at night  On the other side of the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen/bar, a bbq, a long table with chairs and an additional seating area. On the side of the villa there is an outdoor cinema equipped with bean bags for cozy movie nights. The villa is fully equipped with a shaded parking area that accommodates six cars. There is parking for an additional two cars right outside the front gates.
