Olea Estate

Sprawling over a small peninsula jutting out of Samos’ northern shore, Olea Estae is a place where, inspired by a captivating environment, the spirit can soar wild and free to uncharted territories.

Olea Estate consists of three beautiful units set in a 40.000 square meters of orchards that unfold from a lush pine forest down to the crystal clear Aegean Sea. The units’ stucco finish replicates the deep volcanic colors of the earth and the pebbles of the nearby beaches, while the traditional dry stone walls were built by skilled local stone masons, creating a setting that is in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

Guests can relish in a five-star hôtellerie experience in a sumptuous yet homelike ambiance by the sea, as exclusive and relaxing as you may have hoped for their exceptional stay. The north-westerly coastal location ensures a fresh, invigorating sea breeze during even the hottest summer months. The only sounds the winds carry on the estate are those of nature and the sea.
Stone steps lead down to two separate coves, each offering idyllic privacy that’s perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The units are embraced by 14 acres of olive groves and patches of organic vegetables that our guests are free to enjoy throughout their stay. Near the units is our small farm where sheep, geese and chickens happily live; kids especially will love visiting the animals, and guests are welcome to start the day gathering fresh eggs for breakfast. In the evenings, one can sit back and soak up the glorious beauty of a postcard-perfect sunset. Guests can unroll their mat and do some yoga stretches, or breathe in the peacefulness of the moment while meditating. Otherwise they can simply sip some iced, sweet Samian wine as they relax in the privacy of their villa’s private terrace, at the pool bar, or the terrace that looks out to the Ikarian sea.
